The Mosites Company will transform a former brownfield site into a regional waterfront destination including affordable housing, parks and open space, and a variety of commercial and retail spaces. The Project is the recipient of a $5M Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant from the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of the Budget. The grant will be used for site work, utilities, and public spaces. State and local support, including Senator Jay Costa, Senator Lindsey Williams, Representative Sara Innamorato, and Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald made the RACP grant possible. Representative Innamorato said, “ When we see developments like this, we need to make sure we’re connecting this work back to the neighborhood and the people and culture that were here before.”
Delta Development Group is honored to work with The Mosites Company, state and local legislators, and the Governor’s Office on this transformative redevelopment. Click here to read more about this project in TribLive. Comments are closed.
