Glenda serves as Staff Accountant for Delta, providing company-wide account and financial statement analysis and budgets to management and clients. She maintains cash flow, expense reporting and daily accounting operations of the company. Prior to joining Delta, Glenda worked in the automotive industry as an office supervisor and accounting manager. She provides notary services for Delta and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.

Executive Assistant to the President
Shiela provides executive-level administrative support to Delta. In this capacity, she interacts with clients, government officials, and corporate and private entities. Prior to joining Delta, Shiela’s professional experience included positions with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Executive Office, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, Administration and Finance department.

Deborah is responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings with multiple internal and external calendars, along with travel arrangements. She also prepares reports, proposals, and designs report covers and presentations. Before joining Delta, Deborah was an Assistant Branch Manager at a community bank and was a Graphics Specialist/Advertising Coordinator at a bank association.
