 | This 12-story, Art Deco style, Medical Arts Building will be rehabilitated for mixed-use. On the building, exterior brick masonry and the windows will be repaired. The building’s Art Deco style lobby will be restored, and 35 residential units will be constructed on the upper floors. As part of the rehabilitation, a new 4,000 SF, 2-story, mixed-use addition will be constructed on the adjacent vacant lot. Developer Alan Shuman partnered with Delta Development Group to apply for funding through the Pennsylvania Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, The project was awarded a $2.25 Million grant. |
