Through the Southwestern Pennsylvania Corporation Open End agreement, Delta was engaged to conduct planning activities to establish purpose and need for a proposed multimodal hub in Cranbery Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
Delta worked with the SPC to develop an outline to execute development tasks, feasibility and alternatives analysis and statement of regional benefits of implementing a multimodal hub at the proposed Cranberry Township location. Delta’s approach combined community and stakeholder outreach along with modeling tools in order to summarize the benefits associated with the development of a multi modal hub.
Delta also assisted with recommendations for funding sources and the associated requirements for any public funding secured.
