Delta Development Group congratulates Clarion County on the conclusion of renovations to the Clarion County Courthouse

The prominent Victorian-era Clarion County Courthouse building, originally constructed in 1885, had not undergone substantial renovations since the 1940s. The Clarion County Commissioners laid out a vision for the building that included HVAC upgrades, energy efficiency upgrades, accessibility improvements, improvement of public spaces, and exterior parking and safety improvements, all of which will allow the Clarion County Courthouse to continue serving the public for generations to come. Funding was provided by Clarion County, the Office of the Budget Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) appropriations through the U.S. Department of Agriculture Community Facilities Program, and a U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Community Facilities Low-Interest Loan. This project stands as a testament to the strong vision of the Clarion County Commissioners, partnerships with state and federal elected officials and funding agencies, and substantial preservation efforts to improve a significant historic asset in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
