The General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Program is the preferred procurement vehicle for federal agencies. The Schedule Program places vendors through a rigorous qualification program before allowing them to provide their services to federal agencies. This qualification process ensures that federal agencies are receiving the best prices from the most experienced vendors. GSA allows agencies to buy goods and services directly from GSA Schedules rather than enduring lengthy RFP and RFQ processes.
Delta Development Group successfully completed the qualification process, and GSA awarded a Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874 contract to provide expert emergency preparedness consulting services to government agencies.
This GSA contract is the second for Delta. It was awarded a GSA Schedule 70 contract to provide perpetual software licensing, training, and information technology consulting services in early 2009. This contract is a cooperative purchasing agreement where all federal, state, and local agencies and municipalities can purchase goods and services. Delta provides IT services as a designated small business.
