IT PROJECT/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A growing, professional consulting firm seeks an aggressive, self-starter IT consultant who looks forward to the challenge of exceeding objectives and revenue goals by expanding the business.

The IT consultant will be responsible for managing project teams, building client relations, developing proposals and contracts, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The candidate will also develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in software sales/proposal development for federal, state and local government. An IT consulting background is beneficial, along with strong business development skills, and a proven track record in management of multiple projects/clients. The candidate must possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, a strong work ethic to get the job done, and the desire and ability to generate opportunities.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

A growing professional consulting firm seeks a full-time staff accountant to provide internal management and financial accounting services in a fast-paced environment. The firm uses Deltek – a fully automated general ledger system. This individual must be highly organized and dependable, with good communication skills. Duties may include, but are not limited to, accounts receivable/accounts payable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This position requires a college degree or equivalent years of experience in all aspects of accounting. Experience with the Deltek program is beneficial. Candidate must possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook.
