DPS Training

The second part of the preparedness cycle is training.  In order to be effective, training must be challenging, realistic, and designed to match how operations will be conducted during an actual disaster.  It must be integrated with multiple agencies and disciplines.  It is a team effort that encompasses the principles and imperatives associated with effective emergency management.  Training has a singular purpose: to develop adaptive, competent, confident, and effective leaders, teams, and organizations prepared for any contingency or emergency situation.  This philosophy guides the Delta approach.

Delta has the subject matter expertise to provide high-quality, customized training on a wide range of emergency management subject areas.  Delta can also develop Web-based programs for placement in an e-Learning environment.
