
Cranberry Township needed to update its comprehensive plan and establish a unique and sustainable approach to its land use planning. This approach needed to combine market, fiscal impact, and geospatial analyses to evaluate and derive an optimal future land use scenario that would be used to balance the Township’s growth demands with its operating and capital improvements budgeting processes.


In June 2010, the Susquehanna Economic Development Authority Council of Governments Joint Rail Authority (SEDA COG JRA) selected Delta to prepare Preliminary National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Documentation for 18 railroad improvement projects in conjunction with a Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery II (TIGER II) grant application.

As Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC)–Central Pennsylvania’s Community College–began the effort to update its emergency management program, the college first needed to determine its program’s baseline for comparison with standards and regulations regarding emergency management programs.

The Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia (Preservation Alliance) asked Delta to provide expert consultation on whether or not the developer’s proposed design for the Hale Building would meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation(Standards).
