ROBERT N. GRANT

As a Senior Consultant with Delta Development Group, Robert Grant provides his public- and private-sector knowledge and experience to advance innovative solutions that meet the business needs of Delta’s clients.

Bob has 35 years of collective experience in and out of government.  He was a former Secretary of the Commonwealth and Acting Secretary of the Departments of State and Labor and Industry.  He has also been an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Auditor General for Audits and the Director of Human Resources in the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General.  His past service on boards and commissions includes the Pennsylvania Board of Finance and Revenue, the Municipal Employees Retirement System, the State Board of Real Estate Appraisers, and the State Athletic Commission.

His private-sector experience includes having served as the former Principal for Management Consulting and Information Technology at Delta and as the Vice President of Administration and Finance for PCI, Inc., the member health insurance and business services affiliate of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.

Bob’s past consulting clients include MetLife, Oracle, Siemens, the Letterkenny Army Depot, Forest City Enterprises, the Crown Real Estate Investment Trust, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, the Capital Region Health Futures Council, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the State of New Jersey.

Bob is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania and completed the program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
