As a member of the Delta team, Jessica Miller is responsible for managing internal and external corporate communications. Her experience and education in marketing and operations management facilitate the seamless flow of information.
In her current role, Jessica manages Delta’s
corporate website and e-mail marketing campaigns. She is the go-to
person for campaign management, providing guidance for campaign
creation, analysis, and follow-up. Her attention to metrics and
knowledge of Google Analytics ensure that Delta’s campaigns can be
measured, analyzed, and optimized to produce the highest possible return
on investment.
As a direct report to Delta’s Executive Vice President, Eric Clancy, Jessica serves as a liaison between Delta’s management team and internal associates. She prepares comprehensive and concise summaries for Management Team review and response. Her deployment of corporate directives allow for message consistency and efficient daily operations.
Prior to joining Delta, Jessica was an affiliate manager for TheBizOppNetwork of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. In this role, Jessica was responsible for data management, media brokerage, and affiliate recruitment of both domestic and international affiliate partners. Her activities included pixel tracking, and Cost per Click (CPC) and Cost per Action (CPA) advertising.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University, New York City. While attending St. John’s University on an academic scholarship, Jessica participated in the National Student Advertising Competition, and also studied abroad in Paris, France. She recently completed the Google Analytics Individual Qualification exam,and is a certified LEED Green Associate.
