As an Associate on the Delta team, Matt Loper’s research and analytical skills assist project managers in proposal evaluations and business development in the public and private sectors.  His ability to analyze complex data and translate it into easily understood concepts is invaluable in presenting clear, coherent options that advance clients’ strategic goals and objectives.

Matt’s focus on Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program submissions and other federal and state grant programs tenders efficiencies, organization, and result-oriented analysis.  His attention to detail is especially useful when navigating the complex intricacies of a variety of government applications that leverage private capital investment to acquire public funding for project advancement.  His strong command of language is evidenced in the preparation of business development materials and public funding packages.

Prior to joining Delta, Matt spent over 10 years in the banking and financial services industry, which gave him a solid background in cash flow analysis and other finance-related matters.  This skill-set has proved valuable when assisting with the preparation of pro formas, budget projections, capital leveraging, and other financial components critical to long-term success.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Messiah College, Grantham, Pennsylvania.
