ANTHONY B. SEITZTony Seitz directs the development services consulting area for Delta Development Group. In this capacity, Tony has been particularly effective in advancing public funding strategies for various modes of transportation, other public infrastructure, and site development costs. He has successfully structured a number of public-private partnerships involving federal, state, and local government agencies. Tony and the members of his team manage all aspects of public funding from start to finish, whether the source is appropriations, or local, state, or federal programs.
Clients he has served include the Trammell Crow Company, The Hershey Company, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, O'Neill Properties Group, Simon Property Group, Hershey Trust Company, THF Realty, CBL and Associates Properties, High Real Estate Group, Forest City Enterprises, The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Echo Real Estate, Wegmans Food Markets, Keystone Helicopter Services, Chester County Economic Development Foundation, and various local and state government agencies, including the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
In addition to his role as leader of one of Delta’s three operating divisions, Tony also serves as the corporation’s General Counsel. His responsibilities in this regard include preparation and maintenance of the company’s standard agreements, review of major agreements/transactions, and management of external counsel.
Before joining Delta, Tony served as Director of Research for the Pennsylvania House Consumer Affairs Committee, where he developed policy, worked on legislative strategy, and directed constituent services.
Tony holds a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Widener University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. While at Widener, Tony served on law review and authored “The Property Rights Protection Act: An Overview of Pennsylvania’s Response to Kelo v. City of New London,” which was published by the Widener Law Journal (Outstanding Student Article). He also holds an Executive MBA (Dean's Award for Academic Excellence) from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (Cum Laude) from Penn State University.
