Alex Pavlovsky provides consulting services to clients in the realm of New Jersey’s state incentive programs for real estate development projects. He acts as a liaison with public agencies and officials who are leading New Jersey’s economic development and employment creation initiatives.

Alex assists Delta’s clients, including Vornado Realty Trust, Pineville Properties, LLC, and Benderson Development Company, LLC, with pursuing funding from New Jersey’s Economic Redevelopment and Growth grant program for real estate projects. He is part of the Delta team that identifies federal and state funding for infrastructure improvements needed for various development projects.

Prior to joining Delta, Alex managed the Economic Redevelopment and Growth Grant, Brownfield Reimbursement, and Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit Incentive programs for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. He has also worked as a real estate development manager with several national property development companies. He was involved in the entitlements, land planning, and construction of over 1,250 homes while working for Lennar Corporation.

Previously, Alex was a leader in the development of distribution warehouse facilities for AMB Property Corporation, the world’s second largest real estate investment trust. In this capacity, Alex developed and managed the construction of over 2.7 million square feet of industrial warehouse facilities, representing over $180 million of construction value.

Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan Business School and a master’s degree in engineering management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.
