In some cases, we help to secure vital infrastructure improvements that allow important community projects to move forward.  Sometimes we help nonprofit organizations navigate bureaucratic red tape to secure state and federal approvals and grants.  Our emergency preparedness team has helped community, regional, and statewide public and private organizations prepare for disasters.  Our IT team has provided counties with GIS tools and a database to reach out to the functional needs population in the event of an emergency evacuation.  At all times, our expertise helps to advance projects that are in the public interest. Many projects simply will not happen without a public-private partnership that includes investments by government to improve vital infrastructure. In return for these investments, government receives revitalization to their communities and an expanded tax base.

Since 1988, Delta has been providing specialized consulting services in community and economic planning, emergency management and public health preparedness, information technology, real estate development, and transportation services to public and private-sector clients.  We’re based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, but our services have touched some of the most attractive and respected projects on state and national levels.
